Delete account and data

In the app

• Account only: Settings › Account › Delete account.
• Account and all data: Settings › What Cleopatra knows › Delete all my data. This also works offline – the server deletion completes when your phone is back online.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write from the address linked to your account to privacy@cleopatradaily.app with the subject "Delete account". If you signed in with Apple or Google, say so in your message and we will help you find the account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• the account, its sign-in methods and sessions,
• the linked encrypted sync copy,
• the AI coach question counters,
• the RevenueCat customer (subscription status), and Sign in with Apple is revoked.

After deletion we keep no data linked to the account. Data stored on your phone is removed with "Delete all my data" or by uninstalling the app. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription – do that in your App Store or Google Play settings.
